King Bladud's Pigs In Bath 2008

We were asked to help organise one of the first public art sculpture trails of its kind in the UK, which saw over 100 individually decorated pig sculptures displayed around the World Heritage city of Bath for the summer of 2008.

Megan coordinated the media, took event photographs and wrote the souvenir book and marketing publications. She organised the 'Farewell Pigs' auction preview weekend by Bath's Royal Crescent, with local food & drink concessions, live music, children's art activities, merchandise, a pig artists' exhibition and, of course, the 104 piggy stars of the show.  The event attracted 16,000 visitors from around the world.

We also organised the black tie dinner and auction at the Assembly Rooms in Bath, which raised £217,000 for the Two Tunnels cycle way project.
