COVID-19 - We can organise events for all Tier levels from 2nd December, including outdoor events for up to 4,000 in Tier 1, or 2,000 in Tier 2, indoor events for up to 1,000 in T1 & T2 and drive-in cinema events for Tier 3 locations.

PUBLIC ART SCULPTURE TRAILS
Lions of Windsor 2019
Lions of Windsor 2019 featured a giant pride of supersized lions, decorated by leading artists and designers and sponsored by local businesses, displayed across Windsor and the surrounding region from July to October to celebrate Queen Victoria's 200th anniversary.
We commissioned and produced the lion and cub sculptures, sourced event sponsors
and artists, managed the event team and budget and liaised with councils, sponsors,
artists and key stakeholders.
We produced thousands of trail maps and marketing publications, introduced NFC 'tap & donate' stickers to each sculpture, organised media launches, the 'Roar Goodbye'
auction preview festival and the Christie's charity auction.
Minerva's Owls of Bath 2018
The 'Owls of Bath 2018' public art sculpture trail saw a giant 'parliament' of over 80 painted owl sculptures displayed across the World Heritage city of Bath over the summer of 2018.
The event attracted national media coverage, increased visitor numbers and raised over £100,000 for local charities.
We brought in 80 event sponsors, 80 artists, celebrity ambassadors including Chris Packham, Michaela Strachan and Michael Eavis, commissioned the event app, liaised with the council, businesses, schools and key stakeholders, were responsible for the event budget, team management, logistics, website, photography and all aspects of the year-long event, which received five national PR awards.
The owl trail attracted over 330 pieces of media coverage and 50 TV and radio broadcast features, including BBC TV, BBC Radio, ITV, Heart FM, The Times, Sunday Mirror,
Telegraph and The Guardian.
215,352 Owls of Bath app questions were correctly answered. The event website received over 250,000 page views and the end of the campaign it is estimated that news of the Owls of Bath event reached over 6.7m people.
Swans of Wells 2012
We were commissioned by the Mayor of Wells to create a public art sculpture trail of
60 supersized swan sculptures to increase footfall to England's smallest city and celebrate The Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
We brought in event sponsorship, produced the swan sculptures, liaised with hundreds of sponsors, artists and stakeholders, managed the event team, wrote and photographed the souvenir book and marketing publications, managed the website and social media, organised the auction preview weekend festival at the Bishop's Palace, which attracted a record 10,000 visitors, and the charity auction hosted by Homes Under the Hammer presenter Martin Roberts, which raised over £110,000.
Lions of Bath 2010
Witty Events devised and organised all aspects of the popular public 'Lions of Bath 2010' sculpture trail, which featured a giant pride of lion sculptures displayed across the
World Heritage city from June to September 2010.
We brought in 100 sponsors, including Lord Bath of Longleat, Midge Ure and Peter Gabriel and 100 talented artists including Sir Peter Blake. We brought schools and children's charities on board, managed event marketing, artist selection, the event website and marketing publications.
The spectacular auction preview event saw the giant pride displayed in front of Bath's iconic Royal Crescent for a weekend festival, which attracted 10,000 visitors. The gala auctions at The Assembly Rooms and Komedia raised over £65,000 for local charities.
King Bladud's Pigs In Bath 2008
One of the first public art sculpture trails in the UK, the 'King Bladud's Pigs of Bath' event saw over 100 individually decorated pig sculptures displayed around the World Heritage city for three months over the summer of 2008.
We were asked to coordinate the media and organise the auction preview festival, which featured food & drink concessions, live music by Lion King star Roger Wright, art workshops, exhibitions & entertainment. The event attracted 16,000 pig fans who came to say their farewells as the herd gathered for the last time by Bath's famous Royal Crescent.
We also organised the black tie gala auction at the Assembly Rooms in Bath, which
raised £217,000 for the Two Tunnels cycle project.

Other Witty Events..
Drive-in Cinema Events
We organised a series of Covid-19 secure drive-in cinema events at Innox Mills in Wiltshire in August 2020.
We screened 11 films over 3 days on a supersized 60 sq metre screen, with food & drink ordered via an in-car app and delivered by roller skating waiters & waitresses. The event was attended by over 2,000 visitors, despite the 23C temperatures!
We project managed a series of experiential events for the world's largest brewer, AB InBev.
We organised promotional tours of UK food and drink festivals and product sampling activations with converted truck, tuk-tuk and ex-Army ambulance bars at venues such as Regents Park, the NEC, Tatton Park and Tobacco Dock for brands including Leffe, Bud Lite, LISA Lager and Goose Island.
We also managed a series of Leffe branded, pop-up cinema screenings with Zen Experiential across the UK, including the Holburne Museum in Bath and
The National Gallery in London.
Project Management & Marketing
We worked with Bath architect Nick Stubbs on the development and launch of ARC Global, the unique 70m aerial viewing platform designed to giev birds' eye views of heritage cities. We sourced development funding, brought in designers and manufacturers to further develop the project, organised the media launch at the University of Bath and introduced the project to Bristol, where the first ARC is due to be installed as a major tourist attraction in 2022.
24 Hours in Bristol
We organised and raised sponsorship for the annual '24 Hours in Bristol' international photographic competition, in partnership with VisitBristol
and Bristol's City Mayor.
10,000 photographs were taken on competition day each year, resulting in fantastic exhibitions of winning images showcasing 24 hours in the life of the city.
We organised event logistics, sponsor, council and stakeholder liaison, PR, selecting the judging panel and organising the awards evenings, private views and public exhibitions.
We also worked with Art Ventures in Bristol to turn the old Guildhall building into a pop-up art centre, launched the contemporary Harbourside Arts Centre, managed and sourced sponsorship for the Harbourside Arts Prize and Bristol Art Prize competitions and organised a number of corporate art events for Bristol businesses.
Business Development & Events
We created cultural, sporting and business links between the World Heritage cities of Bath and Bethlehem for the Bethlehem-Bath Links charity.
We brought 60 teenagers from Bethlehem to Bath for a regional schools sports tournament, linked business owners in both cities, including the Taybeh Brewery with Bath Ales, organised a trade delegation for Middle East CEOs to visit the UK, setting up B2B meetings in London, Bristol and Bath. We raised event sponsorship, organised film screenings and debates with Ken Loach and devised and produced a wide range of social, business and fundraising events.
We also shipped four containers of animatronic dinosaurs to Bethelehem and helped launch the first dinosaur museum in the Middle East!
