Swans of Wells 2012

We were commissioned by the Mayor of Wells to create a public art sculpture trail of 60 supersized swan sculptures to increase footfall to England's smallest city and celebrate The Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

We brought in £60,000 event sponsorship, produced the sculptures, liaised with hundreds of sponsors, artists and stakeholders, produced marketing materials, managed the event team, wrote and photographed the souvenir book and marketing publications, managed the website and social media, organised the auction preview weekend festival at the Bishop's Palace, which attracted a record 10,000 visitors, and the 'Swansong' auction, which raised over £110,000 for local charities.
